After tossing a cheaper heater after one year , I found this one and was impressed by the positive reviews. Very accurate. This heater has set up instructions that even I understood. Even tho it took longer than it should, that was my fault. The heater is well built and puts out a lot of heat. Great heater.

Does the job of directing the heat! It was a pain to get on but once on, it works well!
This reflector works great I was able to tell the benefits on my first use. Only disappointment is that the holes for the support bracket do not align with any heater, it seems not be universal fit. Other than that no complaints.
