Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
We typically ship orders within two business days, depending on order volume. Occasionally, some items may be backordered and require additional time. Items shipped via truck or special orders may also require extra processing time. Please contact us for specific delivery estimates. Freight Insurance is included at no extra cost on all orders.
Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options for most products:
- Standard Shipping (3-5 business days)
- Two-Day Shipping
Please note that shipping times are in addition to the processing time, which usually takes up to two business days. We may use air or ground carriers as needed to ensure timely delivery.
Shipping Delays
Delays caused by carriers (UPS, DHL, FedEx, USPS, etc.) or factors beyond our control — including but not limited to refusal of delivery, acts of God, government actions, labor strikes, civil unrest, transportation disruptions, pandemics, and natural disasters — are not the responsibility of EAST OAK. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for such issues. Shipping charges are non-refundable in these cases.
Split Shipments
Due to inventory and warehouse logistics, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. We do not charge additional fees for split shipments.
Shipping Providers
We primarily ship via major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, Yellow Freight, Old Dominion Freight, and Con-way Freight.
Shipping Regulated Materials
Items containing regulated or hazardous materials cannot be shipped by air due to FAA regulations. These typically include:
- Aerosol products in pressurized cans
- Products with flammable, volatile, or corrosive chemicals
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur.
Shipments to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
EAST OAK ships to U.S. addresses, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Orders with a valid email address will receive an order confirmation within one business day, including total cost (shipping and taxes). Once shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with carrier and tracking number (where applicable).
Canceling Your Order
You may cancel your order before it is released to the warehouse for processing. Once released, cancellations are no longer possible. This release usually occurs within 24 hours, but sometimes sooner. Please contact customer service immediately if you wish to cancel and we will do our best to assist you.
US Tax Policies
EAST OAK operates from 12420 SW TRASK ST, BEAVERTON, OR, 97007, USA and is required by law to collect applicable taxes based on the shipping ZIP code. Some states also tax delivery and gift wrap charges. All applicable taxes are clearly displayed at checkout. Tax rates may change at any time.
Damages
EAST OAK is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipment. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Retain all packaging and damaged items for the claim process.
International Shipping Policy
Currently, EAST OAK ships only within the United States.
