Customers shopping at EAST OAK can choose from multiple payment options when placing orders. We guarantee that every transaction is completely secure. All personal and payment information transmitted during transactions is protected through a secure payment environment. EAST OAK uses servers equipped with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to encrypt all data sent to us.
Below is an overview of the ordering process and details for each payment method:
Credit/Debit Card
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards. To pay by credit/debit card, add your items to the cart, select “Credit/Debit Card” as your payment option, and click “Place Order.” Guests can check out without creating an account but have the option to register after checkout. Returning customers will be asked to log in before completing the purchase.
You will provide standard details such as name, phone number, email, and shipping address. Most credit/debit card orders undergo manual approval, usually within 24 business hours. Once approved, we prepare your order for shipment and send you a shipping confirmation email. You can track your order in the My Account section until delivery.
Your card will not be charged until your order is processed for shipping, typically within 24 to 48 hours. If an order is sold out or canceled, no charges will be made.
A standard “Pre-Authorization” occurs with each order, which is not a charge but a verification of available funds on your card. This pre-authorization is released automatically by your bank once the purchase completes.
PayPal
PayPal is a widely used, secure payment option trusted globally. To use PayPal, select it at checkout, then log in on the PayPal site to confirm your payment. You will be redirected back to EAST OAK to finalize your order.
PayPal provides buyer protection and keeps your financial information confidential. Payments are processed instantly, and we begin order preparation immediately. You will receive a shipping notification email and can track your shipment via My Account.
Stripe
We also accept payments through Stripe, a secure payment gateway supporting various credit and debit cards. Select “Stripe” at checkout and enter your card information via Stripe’s encrypted platform. Payments are processed instantly, and order preparation begins right away.
Stripe ensures your payment details are kept safe. After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information accessible through My Account.
Order Process
1. Add items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
2. Choose your payment method: Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, or Stripe.
3. Enter shipping and billing details.
4. Review your order and click “Place Order.”
5. Receive an email confirming your order details.
6. After payment approval, your order is prepared for shipment.
7. You receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info.
8. Track your shipment through My Account until delivery.
