Arrived without damage and was relatively easy to snap together. I agree with others that it was hard to get out of the shipping box, but I opened both ends and then shook it out on a soft surface. I don't know how long this deck box will last, but it's nice-looking storage and will holds some of my extra, often-used yard supplies like extension hoses. Very happy with it so far.
I had high hopes for this product and as I assembled it I thought that it seemed sturdy and of high quality. But when I finished the assembly, the lid is warped. It does not close evenly. Rain and snow will definitely enter the inside. Given the high cost of this deck box, I was disappointed.Update: I contacted the manufacturer about the warped lid. They sent me a new deck box with a lid that is not warped. I am impressed that the manufacturer stands behind it's product. This is a very sturdy deck box and should last many years. I am happy with my purchase.
