Very easy to put up by myself! Using it as a summer kitchen so don't know about folding it up.
I bought the East Oak screen tent as a way to use my workout gear outside while having shade from the sun. I hold it down with 8x16 patio blocks on each corner since I can't use the stakes. The kit comes with 4 sandbags (no sand) for extra weight. Set up was swift but I can tell taking down for storage will be at least a two man job.
Arrived on time and in good condition. Great product for price. Very nice to sit inside watching games out of the sun. Fits our 2 rocker chairs and room for baby to play in.
It's definitely what I need but it smells badly and that's the only problem I have.
